Terms of Service

Plug-In Profit Site Co-op provides done-for-you marketing and website development services to active Plug-In Profit Site members. The core services included with an active co-op membership are:

• Advertising and referral distribution to generate traffic and new team registrations.
• A minimum of five guaranteed new Plug-In Profit Site team registrations per month.
• Daily automated blog publishing to your website.
• Simple WP Hosting managed WordPress hosting for your site.
• Website development and technical setup services.
• Additional services according to the membership plan you select.

The specific benefits and additional automation services included with your membership depend on the plan you purchase. You can review the differences between plans on our pricing page.

Every active co-op membership includes a personal guarantee of at least five new Plug-In Profit Site team registrations per month.

These guaranteed signups are free Plug-In Profit Site registrations — real people joining under your sponsorship — not guaranteed paying customers.

The guarantee does not promise paid upgrades, affiliate commissions, or any amount of income.

If a membership falls short of its guaranteed signups in any month, Stone Evans will personally work with the member to resolve the shortfall and fulfill the guarantee.

Monthly memberships renew automatically until canceled by the member. The 90-day, 1-year, and 3-year memberships are prepaid, non-recurring purchases and do not automatically renew.

All membership payments are non-refundable, subject to applicable law. This policy exists because membership payments are immediately committed to advertising, website development, technical setup, and commissions paid to the enrolling member's Plug-In Profit Site sponsor.

Website development and managed WordPress hosting through Simple WP Hosting are included during an active co-op membership. We help establish your domain, essential pages, and marketing integrations, or configure the included services on your existing website.

Domain registration is arranged through your chosen domain registrar and remains yours. Website content published through the co-op services is established for your business use during your active membership.

When a paid membership expires, advertising, automated blog publishing, included Simple WP Hosting, and active website development services end. You retain ownership of your domain name and website content after expiration. Members wishing to continue operating their websites independently must arrange alternative hosting and may contact our Help Desk for transition assistance.

Members are responsible for providing accurate contact and account information, responding to setup requests in a timely manner, and following the Plug-In Profit Site training.

Members are responsible for any optional third-party programs they choose to participate in, including any costs or qualification requirements those programs impose.

The co-op promotes your Plug-In Profit Site link, which may connect prospects to multiple income programs you participate in. Those programs are operated by third parties under their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the conduct, availability, commission structures, or policies of third-party affiliate programs. Questions about a specific program should be directed to that program's provider.

Blog content, marketing materials, and website development work are provided for use within your active co-op membership and your Plug-In Profit Site business.

The Plug-In Profit Site name, branding, and service materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may not represent the co-op's services as your own or resell them.

Members agree to use the co-op services lawfully and in good faith. You may not use the services to engage in fraud, spam, misleading advertising, or any activity that could harm the co-op, its members, or third parties.

We work to provide reliable, consistent services. However, online services may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including hosting, domain, and third-party platform availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times.

Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time to prevent future automatic renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and your services remain available through that period.

Prepaid memberships remain active for the purchased term and do not automatically renew.

We may suspend or terminate a membership if a member violates these terms or engages in conduct harmful to the co-op or its members.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the co-op's liability is limited to the services purchased and the membership fees paid.

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for the results of third-party programs, affiliate commissions, or actions taken by your referrals.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law, nor does this policy eliminate our responsibility to deliver the services you purchased and honor the advertised signup guarantee.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The Last Updated date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, subject to applicable law.
